Shipping coverage

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. We are not able to process or fulfil orders to addresses outside the UK at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the UK. No minimum order value is required.

Handling time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is handling time plus shipping time, so you can expect your order within about 4–8 business days of placing it.

Large and oversized items

Items such as washing machines, BBQs, trailers and sheds are delivered to the kerbside or ground-floor threshold. Please make sure someone aged 18+ is available to receive and check the delivery. Installation, removal of old appliances and assembly are not included unless stated on the product page.

Checking your delivery

Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us within [48 hours] if anything is damaged or missing. This helps us resolve it quickly with the courier; it does not affect your statutory rights.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you may cancel it for a full refund.
