Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed on dasoolay.uk by consumers in the UK. Please read them before ordering.
- About us. dasoolay.uk is operated by DASOOLAY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17410349, registered office Brookfield Court, Selby Road, Garforth, United Kingdom, LS25 1NB. Contact: info@dasoolay.uk.
- Your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong; if so we will refund you in full.
- Prices. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free. If we find a pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.
- Payment. Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment providers.
- Product information. We describe products as accurately as possible using manufacturer information. Images are for illustration, and colours may vary slightly by screen. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice.
- Delivery. Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or someone you nominate. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.
- Cancellations and returns. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, and you have statutory rights for faulty goods, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Warranty. Products come with the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
- Safe use. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions, especially for gas, charcoal and wood-fired appliances and for towing equipment. Check that bike carriers and trailers are compatible with your vehicle, towbar and licence before ordering.
- Our liability. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights.
- Events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such a delay is likely to be long, you may cancel for a refund.
- Your personal data. We use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
- Disputes and law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
